You should prepare a photo of the land/property title deeds or lease contract along with a photo of the named lease holder / registered owner(s) I.D.  If you are the representative of a new construction project miss posted on our site please send your contact detail and we will connect with you directly. 

If you are an agent with sole permission to advertise/represent the property/land. Have the owner sign and write the following statement on paper: “‘I (full name) am the owner of (property address and details) give permission to (name of agent or company) to advertise the afore mentioned property on Tai San Shop. I understand that only one agent or company can represent my property/land.

Simply send a photo of the signed statement to us and we will do the rest. We will transfer the listing over to you and you only. No duplicate listings will be made by another agent.
